Item validation org in System parameters (11.5.10)

Had  a question. We are currently in 11.5.10.

In Order management setup --> System Parameters --> Values --> Generic Parameters (Category) --> Item Validation Org

Currently we have an Item validation org and several inventory organizations. Our users are frequently facing issues regarding the mismatches between various Item attributes between the shipping orgs vs Item validation orgs. If we remove the existing setup for the Item validation org in the Generic Parameters and make it blank, my understanding is that the attributes will be validated against the shipping organization we provide in the Sales order lines and thereby reduce the validation issues
