Creating SPARC VMs using Enterprise manager12c

HI.
There is a single VM Manager for x86 and SPARC since 3.2 version. Before that Enterprise manager 12c couldn't manage VM Manager for SPARC.

So, is there a possibility to create SPARC VMs using Enterprise Manager 12c now? Is it possible to let SSA users to create SPARC VMs?
