Will PTO configured models copy to new account during account merge in istore

We are using PTO Models in iStore.During account merge it was observed that pto models exist in shopping cart are not getting copied to new account after account merge.Is this standard behaviiour or do we need to do any additional setups in istore for merge to be happen for configured models or is it a bug
