Siebel Server Configuration Error SBL-GEN-05004: Key was not found

 Dear Members
Our POC environment has setup of One Siebel Server installation on linux machine. Gateway and SWSE are also on this machine. Now we are planning to add Siebel document server with this setup. So it will become heterogeneous environment of windows and linux setup of siebel.
Installation of Siebel Server on windows server went fine but at the end of configuration it throws an error. When we checked logs we have found an error SBL-GEN-05004: Key was not found 
One more main concern is we are using temporary licence keys for this setup.

Env Details -

Linux machine - RHEL 6.4 (64 bit)/Siebel Gateway/Application/SWSE server installed
