No Accounting Details for rebuildable item issued from expense subinventory

Hello,
why there is no accounting details for a rebuildable item issued from Expense sub-inventory while Value Rebuildable at zero cost is unchecked. Also considering that rebuildable is defined in Fixed Asset.
