Hyperion Reporting security provision

Hi,

I am looking for if there is other options to secure Hyperion reports and not using the reporting provision option.

We have a few hyperion reporting writers using reporting studio and trying to protect some of the reports and report folders without using the reporting provision security option.

Pls let me know if you know of any other options.
