Clone dNFS database

Could you please refer to all the options available for moving of database of size 850G to a different host. It is currently running on 11.2.0.1 version of Oracle in Solaris 10. Both the source and target servers are of same Solaris version. I am trying to explore all different options like RMAN duplicate, clone dNFS, and shutdown and copying over network. I want to keep the same db name and continue to backup using RMAN to tape from new host.
