Update RMA from Claim
I need help in rationalize solution approach for below issue:
1. Customer calls and create RMA and then customer service either approve RMA or send to claim investigation team, say in our case it sends to claim investigation team
2. Now Claim API is called to create Claim. Need to create Claim# same as RMA#
3. Claim Investigator works on claim and finally comes up with credit amount
4. Now can i close claim and update the same RMA so that credit memo gets generated from RMA and not from claim. This will help customer service to look at RMA only and in case of any call from customer, customer service can look RMA and check if credit is issued or not. If i generate credit from Claims then custoemr service has to look at two screens in stead of one.
