WHAT IS THE EFFORT OF MIGRATING FROM PEOPLESOFT TO ORACLE HRMS?
Hi All,
Currently Peoplesoft is used as the HR/Payroll application and the data is fed into Oracle Financials which is setup under one Business Group (LEs, Ledgers, OUs established) for both USA and CAN.
1) How difficult would it be (cost, resources, and effort) to implement Oracle HRMS to replace Peoplesoft?
2) If Oracle HRMS is implemented with only one Business Group for USA and CAN, but in the future another Business Group is desired to separately represent each country, what would be the implications (time and effort)?
- reassigning LE, Ledger, OU
- transferring Employees
- impacts to transaction processing (if any)
