How to make requisition disappear from mtl_supply table

I manually updated closed code with CLOSED in po.po_requisition_lines_all for some requisition lines but these requisition lines still show in mtl_supply table. May I know how to make requisition lines disappear from mtl_supply table? Is there any worflow related?
