PR AUTOCREATE TO PO

HI ALL,

how can i use API interface to customization when i user autocreate function  from pr to po.

for example, i give  some infromations in PR  distribution descriptive flexfield ,after autocreate from pr to po,i want these informations automatic go to po distribution descriptive flexfield .
