Metadevice is open on metaclear

 Hi,
we are 2 RAID 0 LUNS from storage to server and we created RAID 1 mirror on those HDD as a 2 way sub mirror.

1st sub mirror - d102
2nd sub mirror - d101

main mirror-d100

The D100 is umounted and we detached d101 and cleared it.while clearing d100 we are getting the error.

metaclear d100

metadevice is open.

Tried force option too but no luck. will any 1 suggest.
