R12.1.3 : Need clarificaton on LSH version compatibitly versus patches

Hi,

Customer has EBS 12.1.3.
To fix an issue with Favourites functionality, they've been advised to apply the following patches:
Patch 11894708 - "TRACKING BUG FOR OA FRAMEWORK R12.1.3.1" Patch 12424716 - "SAVE RESPONSIBILITY CONTEXT WHEN CREATING FAVORITES"
Are there any pre-requites that needs to be applied on EBS 12.1.3 before applying these patches?
