T4-1 : POST error messages and half of the cpus not configured

Hello all,
Yesterday one of the T4-1 I'm working with was powered off and moved into a different data center.
I never powered off this server since I started working on it.
For sure it was configured to have 64GB memory and 64 cpus.
Once the move was over the server was powered on and I lost completely the saved LDOM configuration and I found the server configured with half of memory and cpus.
So I had a look at a new post and I found something pointing to an invalid dimm configuration and half of the cpu not configured.
