Accruals on Monthly Basis

Hi,

My case, is there any feauture oin Oracle PO module allow me to take accruals on monthly basis ? E.g. Suppose we have PO with 1 line QTY: 12 Price: 1000 -> Amount:12,000, and we should make accrual with 1 quantity each month as relized service,

What is the best pratice to do that, if we should to do receiving then how we can manage 200 to 300 PO's on the month.
