long running issue

This is the reporting job Here I have given the sql query, explain plan and execution plan for the one which is running longer than normal, (normally it runs below 30 min and now it is running more than 1:30 min) but the good run’s date AWR report is not available. Checked all the table’s and indexes stats are up-to-date so there is no issue in statistic. There is no lock or blockers during the job run time.Please help me to find the cause for this long running issue.I have attached the AWR and ADDM report
