BI Publisher report page bigger than A3 Landscape?

In native BI Publisher template format (.xpt), there is a dropdown list to select page size but biggest available format is A3.
I need to build a report with over 20 columns and even when text font is small, it doesn't fit into A3 landscape page. I know that I could use .rtf template and solve this problem, but reports need to be modified by end users and we don't want to force then to install MS Office template editor plugin.

In BIP 11g Is it possible to have report wider than A3 landscape?
