Unable to select Product Category Or Products in Lead Prodcuts LOV

Hi Team,
We are not able to select product category value from LOV in the Lead Creation Form (eBusiness Center or Lead Center), we also tried in the Sales User responsbility.
In the Sales Administrator Resp, we defined (Sales Class Type,Sales Class Codes), after the definition we tried to check the Lead Center Prodcuts Tab in Telesales/ Leads in Oracle Sales User, but the defined product categories are not listed.
We also executed the program "Product Catalog Mapping" and "Load Catalog Hierarchy" , but no luck.
Please help me on this.
