Overhaul Process

My client has petrochemical company (urea plant) and they are using release 12.1.3, for their overhaul process I suggested following steps:

1- When their planning cell announce to their company for sending miscellaneous request for overhaul

My suggestion: All units should create work request with overhaul work request type which will be approved by planning cell and then work order creation with overhaul work order type

2-  For specific works related to overhaul which planning cell knows them based on their experiences … my suggestion: PM work orders with overhaul activity type.

 

3-   For new works which considered by planning cell

… My suggestion is new work orders with overhaul work order type
