POV Member Selection Blank

I have a user that is complaining of a Blank POV Member Select Screen.  She will run a report and then select the Entity link, to open the Member Selection Box for a new Entity, and it will come up totally blank.  I am able to recreate this issue.  Has anyone see this issue before?We are on 11.1.2.1
