Minimum/Maximum Net Pay

Could anyone be able to answer the following question?

In very old JDE releases, much prior the new logic related to the Garnishment Workbench, at a time when the latter did not exist, the way we used to setup Garnishment DBAs that either had a minimum net pay or a maximum net pay was to use a DBA Method of Calculation "T" (Minimum Net Pay) or "S" (Maximum net Pay) (UDC 06/DM) on the P059116 PDBA Basic Setup form, and enter the dollar amount in the Min/Max Net pay amount field (NMAX) of the P0801PRL program (P0801 Employee Information > Row Exit > Payroll).
