STANDARD XML GATEWAY PO INBOUND GIVING WARNING java.lang.NullPointerException

I have setup the Trading Partner for PO Inbound Processing to import the Sales order information into the Sales Order interface tables.After submitting the xml data, I get the "java.lang.NullPointerException".

I also enabled the ecx logs at statement level.
The log say xml parse error but it did not specify exactly which element is incorrect.
Can someone please help me?
