Java 1.7.0_40 update security warning

We have updated Java to 1.7.0_40. Our cloned test instance is prompting for acceptance of a security warning every time a user logs in. We narrowed the issue down to the fact that the certificate is from Production, and the certificate issuer is still pointed to the Production database.

Is there a way to repoint the certificate in the cloned instance to the correct test database?
