Project Numbering Processes

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
Does anyone know anything about project numbering processes report?I submitted a report request from Oracle project numbering processes. I view the file via View Output Log. I saved the file as text. When I tried to convert it to an excel file via Fixed Width, I missed most of the fields. Please note that this has nothig to do with Oracle Project module.
