Deep Linking with EBS - i.e. Customer clicks link on Intranet page and is taken directly to Payslips

I have asked this question some time ago, but now that we are on R12 ..the response may be different

Current State : R12 and 11i DB

- Users are assigned a network id for our corporate intranet
- EBS Access has two types of accounts setup
   - Network ID based for individuals with administrative responsibilities. Users manage their own passwords. This is a subset of all active employees and exists as a limited group.
   - Employee Number based accounts for all active employees to maintain their personal information as employees, access payslips, deposit advice, APATs, etc.
       - Password is programmatically maintained and assigned to the employee. They are not aware of the password.
