...Customer gets an FRM-40401 when trying to make revisions to a PO after an invoice has been paid against it.  We are currently at EBS 12.0.6, rdbms version 11.2.0.3.  The customer says that she was able to do this when we were at rdbms version 10.2.0.4. ???  I'm a total core DBA and a slight EBS apps DBA, so, if additional functionality/app specific details are needed, I'll relay them to my customer and hopefully get a useful response.Note - I don't see how a db upgrade could affect app functionality at this level, but, stranger things have happened...
