Installing WebLogic Server on 64-Bit Windows 2008 server

Dear Oracle,

I need install wls1036_generic.jar on 64-Bit Windows 2008 server in graphical mode.

I have downloaded jdk-6u45-windows-x64.exe from Oracle.

Following the Oracle Fusion Middleware Installation Guide for Oracle WebLogic Server 11g release1 (10.3.6),  E14142-09,

1. on 3.1.3.1 section "Installing Weblogic Server on 64-bit platform using a 64-bit JDK",
   it was unclear for installing .jar onto Window server. Can you help me for the steps and scripts on Windows installation?

2. on section 2.3.3 "Before start the installation program",
   The action for 'umask 027' will need on Windows server?
