Supplier Approval and ISO9001

We are ISO9001 facility in the midst of implementing EnterpriseOne 9.0.  I am trying to find out if there is a method to indicate Approved suppliers on the Address Book, and whether or not there is any functionality to notify a user when an unapproved or provisional supplier has been used on a PO.  We are a mulit-facility, multi-branch plant company with a common address book, so a valid address book number isn't necessarily an approved supplier for all branch plants.  Not all branch plants are ISO certified.  Any information would be appreciated.
