11i Is it possible to get a list of all error messages related to failure to create a vendor?

Hi,

Someone that can help us to get get a list of all error messages related to failure to create a vendor, please.

Users wants to get a alerts with vendor creation errors, so then can correct and import information. As part of their process, they want to know about the possible errors and identify solutions just to minimize errors and time on response

Any idea will be appreciated
