Switch over failed using dgmgrl

Hi All,

I hope You all are best.

I have DR-environment and my oracle db release is 11.2.0.2.

I can switchover manually successfully

But when i switchover my primary to standby database using data guard broker (dgmgrl) it failed.

following error occure.

there are no issue of password file and tnsname.ora.

I can successfully login from Primary to DR and DR to Primary.

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue.
