Issue with AWE setup

I am running into a battle with one of the GSC analysts of what is included in the MPs for FSCM 9.1 and to get to the actual part of resolving this issue.

The issue at hand is that I get an error when I try to use the checkbox on the AWE-workflow setup to include the requestor when the (ePro) requisition is not entered by the requestor himself. However, as soon as I try to save that workflow, even a complete new one started from scratch, I get an error.
