Unable to Submit Field Service Charges

Hello

I am unable to submit field service charges for Service Requests. I get the following error "There are no charges eligible for submission to Oracle Order Management for this Service Request"

i do the following steps

- Open SR

- Report Task Debrief (Only labor and expense)

- Access "Charges" tab

- Click "Auto generate" button.  Charge line type status changes to "In progress"

- Press "Submit" button ---- Then i get the above error  "There are no charges eligible for submission to Oracle Order Management for this Service Request"
