Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2 version

Receipt not getting DELIVERED. Receiving Transaction Processor Fails with

RVTTH-115f: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error

Item status was Inactive when receipt was done in org, while delivery it was made active.
