best practices guide for securing oracle E-Business Suite check 12

In metalink note 403537.1 there is a set of SQL scripts to check certain settings. One of them "12. Separation of Duties: Review Access To “Sensitive Administrative Pages”, isnt run by default, but if you want to run it, I cant see how? How do you enable this check?

PS - I think its ridiculous that there is no longer a general discussions area on the EBS forum.
