How can I scrap components

I am using wip job

the BOM has 3 component

item A qty 1

and Item B qty 2

and plastic bag qty 200g

create a wip job for 100

we did production and we find out that there is waist of 700g in the plastic bag during wrapping

I need to charge the job for 200* 100 qty * cost

and the waist of 700g * cost to an expense charge account

how can I do that?
