FA Security

I understand that the Assets security module is by Book.  In our case we have 1 Book and 1 operating unit and only a shared install of HR.  We have 75 balancing segment values and our requirement is that each of the values will process their own mass additions and should only be able to see their assets.  We have set up the Asset Key so the it includes the balancing segment value.  Also, we have set up security on the asset key and have set up form personalizations to default in the value into the forms.   The issue with
