Supplier data extraction

Is there a pre-defined sql which would extract all Suppliers data from R12 ?If not, where would I find all the tables used and their relationships ?
It seems like information is missing from using only ap_suppliers, ap_supplier_sites_all and ap_supplier_contacts.
Example, I cannot find the "Address Name" from the Address Book.  It seems to be on the supplier header.
