Children cost center not assigned to a parent cost center.

We're finding differences in our custom reports, one which reports by fund and one which reports by cost center. The difference seems to be related to cost centers not getting picked up by the parent cost centers defined in the custom report.

I realize that Oracle does not support our custom reports, but I was wondering if there was a report or a query that would allow us to identify cost centers (or any segment value) that are not assigned to a parent value.

The cost center segment is the third segment in our six segment GL Accounting Flexfield.
