Security report for users and responsibility

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

Currently we have about over 70 responsibilities. When I run the function security report set, it is targeted to each responsibility and I have to run this report and give the parameter over 70 times in order to get all the responsibilities. I kind of want to have a script to auto run this and passes the parameter. Where can I start to think about doing this?

Also, the user management security report is for list of users per responsibility or list of function per responsibility. Is there a way to get all the responsibility in one run?
