Search layout Customization

We have given a role acces to the following privilege:

Customization              Customize Application                     Create custom page layouts, homepage layouts, change field names, modify field picklists, define cascading picklists, create custom fields and rename objects.

They are trying to change the Search layout for Company object, but it keeps throwing the Access Denied.(SBL-ODS-50085)     error.

Do we need to give them the following priivilege?

Customization: Layout

All fields in Search and Lists

Expose all fields in Advanced Search and Lists. This includes fields that are not displayed in the Detail Page.

What other privileges?
