Open Tab is opening in Item Cost form

Hi,

We have changed item from Make to Buy and then trying to delete the Make cost for item but after clicking on Open tab in Item cost form, its not opening. We can see blue circle rotating as indication to wait for so many hous but the form is not opening.

I have attached the document with screen shot for justifying this issue.

Please review and check if someonce can find any clue.
