Patch 6832807: MODIFIED LOOKUP MESSAGES pre-requisites

Hi,

Issue: During research on minimum baseline patches we found that patch 6832807 is a pre-requisite to  8555411: Oracle Procurement Family 11.5.10 Rollup Patch 11 we need to install.


In README for patch there is a following string which we would like to clarify:
"This patch is a part of the fix for the bug 6510645 should only be used when the fix is delivered for the bug 6510645"

We also found note with similar question: "PA pre-requisite for GL patch 6832807 (Doc ID 1310774.1)"
