Unable to create Price List by script

 Hello,
I try to create Price List by script. I use same Business object/ Business Component ( Admin Price List/Price List) used in Admin Price List view.
I switch to admin mode by invoking method admin mode (bc.InvokeMethod("SetAdminMode","TRUE"). 
Then I have error message on newrecord instruction : The ability to insert records is not available in this screen or applet (SBL-DAT-00279).

As business component have property 'No insert' flagged. I change this property with same result. I create another business component to standard class 'CSSBusComp' with same result.

Please advice.
