Adding 'Item Instance' to the Create Service Request Search Key in Customer Support Specialist (HTML

Hi,
Is it possible to add 'Item Instance' to the Create Service Request Search Key in Customer Support Specialist (HTML)?
I need to be able to initiate the service request creation process using the Item Instance number. 

(This can be done in the Contact Center form.)
