ODM Application construction and methodology advice required.

Currently have a requirement to issue Event Registration for a number of locations from ODM. Each individual Event will have a number of workshops with individual days for contacts to attend and various session choices and times .Can anyone please provide guidance and potential processing options as to how we can best record each main Event attendance initially and then also record the Contacts individual preferred workshop and time of attendance as well as ensuring we can also issue further exact specific Event Workshop  information(directions/maps timings etc.) to each of the correct individuals.
