Failed to create document through WEB ADI (hang)

Hello everyone,

I failed to create a Fixed Assets document through Web ADI. I wonder if I missed any necessary configurations.

I noticed that from the Viewer LOV, there's no Excel 2010. Is this the root of cause?

Please help me in indentifying the problems.

FYI, I use EBS version 11g, 2010 MS Excel, Win 7 32bit,
