Error "The onhand quantity is zero for the selection criteria entered" in MTI though Sub inventory &

 Hi,
There is a delivery not processed by ITS and it end up with warning and it says "The onhand quantity is zero for the selection criteria entered" msg. But we have more than enough onhand qty (and ATR as well) in the sub inventory and locator.

Any quick advise pls..
