XLIFF translation file: How to prevent embedded data fields

Hello Community,

I'm trying to translate a RTF report template from "en-US" to "de-DE". The XLIFF file is generated/extracted via the BI Publisher Word Plugin (10.1.3.4.2).

Unfortunately there are some entries like this one:
