Check Event Alert completed with Error

Hi

We have created Event Alert (After Update) on a table (PO_HEADERS_ALL) which should get triggered when any PO gets approved. Check Event Alert has completed in error returning below text in diagnostics:-

"Check Event Alert" has completed with error and there is no error message

 

Is there way we can fix issue with Event alert in this case if so let us know about it
