apps user in database

Dear experts,

I don't know if I am in the right forum but I have the following problem:

I am using an old version of oracle application 11i (11.5.0) and the database is 8i.

the APPS service user used by the Oracle Forms client to connect to the database has DBA privileges and I was recommended to:

Review the privileges required for the APPS user the grant only the necessary permissions instead of using the DBA role for service accounts.

 for example it has the roles below:

AQ_ADMINISTRATOR_ROLE
CTXAPP
HR_REPORTING_USER
JAVASYSPRIV
RESOURCE


also it has a lot of system privileges like:
